So far, hydrogen water shows no known side effects in normal amounts. That’s because the body already produces small amounts of hydrogen gas naturally during digestion.

  • No stomach upset reported in most studies 
  • Gentle and easy to use every day 

Still, people with health conditions and  pregnant women should check with a doctor first, just to be safe.
